I'm Jillian Corder, a Texas-born, Louisiana-raised gal.

I'm the assistant news director at KPLC 7 News in Lake Charles, where I also anchor the 4 and 6 p.m. newscasts.

​

When not at work, I am traveling, eating, or cuddling with my two sweet dachshunds (my husband is also there, when football isn't on).

​

I hope the stories on this site encourage you to eat something yummy, experiment in the kitchen, take a ride to the beach, and choose happiness.
